Use of the Website

The customer agrees and acknowledges that this website can be used only by individuals who are 18 years and above and can enter into legally binding contracts. Individuals who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including but not limited to minors, undischarged insolvents, etc., are not eligible to use this website and purchase the Product(s). In the event the customer is a minor and wishes to purchase the Product(s), such purchase must be made by the customer's legal guardian or parents. The seller reserves the right to terminate the customer's access to and refuse to provide the customer with access to this website if the seller discovers that the customer is under the age of 18 years or is incompetent to contract as mentioned above.

General Information

• You agree that all the details you provide us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing gems and jewellery are accurate, true, and complete in all aspects. Also, the payment card (debit or credit card) you are using is your own, and you have sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.
• While registering yourself with us, the username and password you are using will be responsible for all actions taken under that username and password, and you must only purchase from Praadis.in under your username and password.
• It’s a crime to use a false name and payment cards. A person caught in such a case shall be prosecuted under the Indian constitution.
• We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time. We can limit the purchase of a jewellery product online on a per person, per household, or order basis.

Use of Materials on the Platforms

Praadis Jewellers has made considerable effort to ensure that the visual representations of our products displayed on our various platforms are true representations of the color, design, and style, etc., of the original products. However, slight variations, distortions, and/or differences may be apparent when compared to the original product. This may, for example, be due to technical issues such as your browser or computer settings. Accordingly, Praadis Jewellers cannot be held liable for any apparent differences in the product images represented on the platforms and the original products. We strongly advise you to visit one of our boutiques or authorized retailers before making a purchase online or by phone.
